Sport came to live with us
at the Sanctuary earlier this year. He
was running in traffic on a busy highway and faced certain
injury had he not been picked up. Efforts to find Sport's family
were unsuccessful and he adjusted wonderfully into a yard at
St. Francis. After a few weeks, Sport was introduced into a yard
with another dog and they became fast friends. Right from the
beginning we knew that Sport needed to be with a family so as
soon
as Pam loaded up for her next transport to California...
Sport had
a spot! Sport was immediately adopted by a wonderful
couple
who have written to share these photos and tell us "we
are thankful to have Sport in our lives and think he is happy to
have us
as well." From the looks of these party pics, we have to
agree!
We are so thankful to Sport's new family and to all of the
caring people who make our adoption transports possible.
